Movies: Beacon Hill Meaningful Movies Presents: Nothing Like Chocolate Details:Nothing Like Chocolate is a documentary that brings together the themes we've explored since June; the environment. fair trade, fair wages, dignity of all work. Follow the efforts of a young man to produce slave free, locally sourced, organic, cooperatively produced, bean-to-bar chocolate from a small solar powered factory on the island of Grenada. Winner of many festival awards, a film with heart. Community: Community Kwanzaa CelebrationDetails:Founded by Dr. Maulana Karenga in 1963, Kwaanza was created to build a bridge for African American and African communities throughout the world. This family friendly event will feature seven artists presenting seven African principles that make up the seven days of Kwaanza. Music: Mojo Cannon BandDetails:The Mojo Cannon Band (formerly known as the Curtis Hammond Band) is a high energy 8 piece R&B band from the Seattle area and was a Washington Blues Society "best band" nominee in 2008 and 2013.
