If you can’t provide a web link for your event, please include contact info for the event host in “Additional Info” at the bottom of the form (if the event host is someone other than yourself). You can also provide links to images or anything else you think would be helpful (if using Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make sure the permissions are set so that we can view your images!).
