Luna Reyna

Luna Reyna (she/they) is an award-winning journalist and experienced editor. She worked as Underscore Native News and ICT's Seattle-based Northwest Bureau Chief. Previously, Luna was Crosscut’s Indigenous Affairs Reporter, and her work has appeared in the South Seattle Emerald, Prism Reports, Talk Poverty and more. Luna is of Little Shell Chippewa, Mexican and settler descent and is passionate about reporting that center the voices, stories, and creative expression of communities of color and culture that have experienced the targeted violence of colonialism, white supremacy, capitalism, and cis-heteropatriarchy.
